Ol’ School Vintage Leather, Vinyl, And Whitewall Cleaner is a gentle non-caustic cleaning solution suitable for cleaning delicate vintage and aged automotive interior surfaces. It also cleans and restores plastics, rubber, ivory, Bakelite, carpet headlining, cloth and most interior materials. Cleans tyres to original non-shiny finish. Also suitable for modern interior surfaces. Will not harm paint.

How is it used?

Ol’ School Vintage Leather, Vinyl, And Whitewall Cleaner can be diluted with water and for most applications should be used 2 parts water: 1 part solution. Remove loose surface dirt or dust first with damp cloth or chamois. Apply Ol’ School to a towelling cloth then to the surface to be cleaned or add to a spray bottle for application to larger areas. Use a toothbrush or similar light brush to remove dirt from grain of leather or vinyl. Test on small less conspicuous area first before any application.

Whitewalls or whitewall inserts
Dilute as above, apply to towelling cloth first. Ol’ School is a non-abrasive that will not damage the smooth surface of Whitewall inserts keeping them like new.

Leather and Vinyl
Dilute to 23 parts water:1 part solution. Test on small less conspicuous area first. Clean one section at a time using spray bottle and a toothbrush. Wipe off with clean towelling cloth.
Caution. Some painted leathers may lose colour. Test carefully first. Leather conditioners may be applied after use.

Carpet
Dilute to 3 parts water:1 part solution, apply to towelling cloth first and dab lightly. Do not soak carpet. For stains and grease marks repeat process and allow to dry between applications. Can be used in carpet shampooing machines.

Note: On old fabrics such as headliners and brittle vinyl surfaces, ensure not to apply too much pressure when cleaning to avoid tearing.

First Aid
Strong alkaline. If swallowed DO NOT induce vomiting. Give a glass of water. If in eyes hold eyes open and rinse with water. If poisoning occurs see a doctor.
